As part of the redevelopment, two new sound stages were built to house Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, a permanent behind the scenes walking tour which features authentic sets, costumes and props from the Harry Potter film series. Hoare Lea & Partners contacted Comfort at the concept stages of the project to design and manufacture bespoke displacement terminals to suit the specific requirements needed to overcome the difficult task of conditioning the space without seeing the mechanical services.
As with most of our bespoke terminals if you cannot see them or don’t realise what they are, or do, we have succeeded, a paramount requirement on this particular project. There were almost 100 displacement terminals manufactured and installed throughout the exhibition, almost all have been built into the film sets or structures to provide an ideal internal environment even under maximum occupancy but remaining invisible to the public.
